Ingredients of Dahi kebab

  1. Prepare 500 gm of Hung yogurt.
  2. You need 200 gm of Paneer.
  3. You need 1 of Finely chopped onion.
  4. You need 2 tbspn of Finely chopped coriander stems.
  5. You need of Salt as per taste.
  6. It's 2 of green chillies.
  7. It's 2 of tspn black pepper powder.
  8. You need 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.
  9. You need of Oil for frying.

  1. Hang yogurt in a cloth overnight so that it's all water comes out and it become very thick...

  3. After a good mix shape it round and nicely coat them in bread crumbs...
  4. After coating in bread crumbs fry them in hot oil till golden brown.. It will take 30-40 sec to fry...
