- You need of Good amount of coriander leaves.
- You need 100 ml of olive oil, extra virgin.
- You need of sea salt.
- You need of Hot paprika.
- Prepare 3 of whole prepared gilt head bream.

Sea bream baked in the oven I like sea bream, it is really great quality, "meaty" fish with little amount of bones.
