  5. You need 1 teaspoon of Salt.
  6. You need 1/2 teaspoon of White Pepper.

  9. You need 1/2 cup of Dashi *OR 1/2 cup Water & 1/4 teaspoon Dashi Powder.
  10. Prepare 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce.
  11. You need 2 tablespoons of Mirin.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tablespoons of Potato Starch / Corn Starch Flour *mixed with 1 tablespoon Water.
