- Start by washing lamb and adding to one large saucepan with 1 chopped onion and cook till meat is tender..
- Mean while in another pan add oil and fry onions till soft and brown just not burnt.then take out from the pan then add celery and parsley and mint and stir and keep looking and stiring for 5mins then remove celery from the pan and place in a bowl..
- Once meat is tender add the onion and celery, and 1/2tsp turmeric powder salt/pepper and juice from one lime and stir and cover then 10min after add tomatoes and cover for a further 10 mins..
- Once cooked serve with bread or rice i did both π.
