Honey soy fish with rice and stir fry veggies. Served with a simple homemade honey ginger soy stir fry sauce. Today I'm being a vegetarian with this Honey Ginger Tofu and Veggie Stir Fry and HELLO WORLD it tastes really superyummy. This dish is a vegetarian wonder.

Honey soy fish with rice and stir fry veggies Soy is a controversial food and I'm not a hater at all, but I try to eat soy in moderation, and when I do, I usually eat tofu or soy sauce. This is probably the most time consuming Marinate beef strips in my apple lemon soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, sesame oil, honey, garlic mixture and let it sit while you prepare other ingredients. Unfortunately, the honey and soy stir fry sauce isn't gluten free. You can have Honey soy fish with rice and stir fry veggies using 9 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

  1. You need of Fish (2-4 fillets).
  2. You need 1/2 cup of soy.
  3. You need 1 tsp of garlic.
  4. You need 1 tsp of ginger.
  5. You need 1 tsp of or 1tbs chilli flakes (depending how spicy you like it).
  6. You need 2 tbs of honey.
  7. You need 1 tbs of olive oil (or any oil).
  8. It's 2 cups of rice (jasmine preferred).
  9. Prepare of Stir fry veggies.

Lee Kum Kee do a good GF Oyster sauce though. Use that with garlic, ginger, a splash of their GF soy sauce and some GF sweet chilli sauce for a great alternative. You'd also need to swap out the noodles for boiled rice or GF noodles. Pile the stir fry onto a mound of steaming, fragrant Jasmine rice, and you will have happy diners contentedly munching away!

Honey soy fish with rice and stir fry veggies instructions

  1. Marinate fish in soy, garlic and ginger, chilli flakes, honey and oil for an hour or so.
  2. Preheat over to 200C.
  3. Place the fish fillets on the try and.
  4. Place the fish on the oven tray. Reserve the marinate.
  5. Cook the rice(I do it in rice cooker) and fry the veggies in a skillet with butter till they are soft and golden.
  6. Reduce the marinate sauce and add 1tbs of honey in it too. Baste it on the fish after 20 mins and put it back in the over until it’s cooked.
  7. Serve warm with stir fry veggies and rice or mix it in the try with fish, veggies and rice (pics below).

This honey soy tofu is the best tofu recipe I have EVER had! It's so quick and easy to make, and it's completely delicious. I topped it with some fresh coriander and chopped cashews, alongside some egg fried rice and stir-fried veggies - but you can. Honey Soy Chicken is a great weeknight family dinner. Serve this sweet, sticky chicen and broccoli over rice for a full meal all in one bowl.
