  1. Prepare 250 g of salmon.
  2. You need 2 cups of white/brown rice.
  3. You need 3 tbsp of mayonnaise.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
  5. It's of Olive oil extra light.
  6. It's of Furikake seasoning/seaweed flakes.
  7. It's of Cheddar cheese.

  3. Fry salmon with olive oil. Set aside.

  6. Bake in the oven 180°C for 10 minutes.
  7. Top with cheddar cheese slice, salmon skin or seaweed flakes.
