Ingredients of Egg Curry
- It's 6/8 of Eggs.
- You need of Oil 2tbls spoons.
- You need of Onions 2 chopped.
- Prepare 3/4 of Whole black pepper.
- It's 1 tsp of whole cumin.
- It's of Chopped tomatoes tin 1/2.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Cumin and coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of chilli or to taste.
- You need 3/4 tsp of Salt or to taste.
- You need 1 tsp of Garlic & ginger paste.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Tumeric.
- It's of Fresh coriander to garnish.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
Egg Curry step by step
- Boil eggs and peels off the skin. Cut the eggs length ways and keep aside.
- Add oil to a pan add the whole pepper and cumin then add the chopped onion and brown.
- Add the tomatoes tin or alternatively you can use passata or fresh Tomatoes also.
- Add the spices and allow the sauce to cook on low heat till oil come to the top of sauce you can add water if you want a more sauce.
- Lastly add the eggs garnish with fresh coriander and Garam Masala serve hot.
