Ingredients of Dhaba style keema
- Prepare 1/2 kg of Beef ๐ฅฉ mince.
- It's 2 of tomato chopped.
- It's 1 cup of onion ๐ง chopped.
- It's of 2 tb yogurt.
- Prepare of 1/4 cup oil.
- It's of 1 tbsp butter or dessi ghee.
- Prepare of Salt 1 tsp or to taste.
- You need of 1/2 tsp turmeric.
- It's of 1/2 tsp crush Corriender powder.
- Prepare of 1/2 tsp roasted zera powder.
- It's of 1/2 tsp red chilli ๐ถ powder.
- Prepare of 2 green chilli chopped.
- You need of 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder.
- It's of 1 tbsp ginger paste.
- You need of 1 tbsp garlic ๐ง paste.
- You need of 2 tbsp corriender.
- You need of 1 lemon ๐ slice.
- Prepare of 1 coal for smoke.
- You need of Tawa.
Dhaba style keema instructions
- Take an iron tawa add ginger,garlic paste sautรฉ it then add onion ๐ง fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Then add keema fry on high flame ๐ฅ for about 5 minutes,then add all the spices cook well.
- Then add tomato fry quickly, now add yogurt then cover the tawa with lid for 5 minutes.
- Now open the lid stir the keema then add water ๐ฆ, again cook for 30 minutes in low flame and cover it.
- Now after 30 minutes check the keema., if it has water then cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the water dried out.
- When keema is ready,oil comes out then add 1 tbsp of ๐ง butter.
- Now heat the coal and make a katori of foil paper, if coal is hot open the lid of keem put the katori of hot coal drizzle the oil on top cover it immediately, smoke the keema about 3 minutes.
- Now keema is become ready to serve.
- It can be garnish with green chilli ๐ถ Corriender,julienne ginger and onions ๐ง rings also and don’t for get to add half lemon slices..
- Keema is serve with mint raita and roti or naan.
