- In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients for cutlet except bread crumbs and oil..
- In the mixing bowl make a well in the middle and place a small steel bowl..
- Burn the charcoal till it red and place in the steel bowl..
- Immediately put few drops oil and 1tbsp green tea on the charcoal and close with a lid completely. Leave for 3-4mins..
